3 month long Class:
Hot Rod Custom Fabrication is all about learning
to fabricate and how to use the tools and equipment
utilized in the specialty vehicle industry. There is
lots of welding on structural and sheet metal. The
types of weld would be TIG, MIG, and Oxy-Acetylene.
There are competencies in almost every type of weld
used in the building of a custom car or motorcycle.
HRC is the only class that teaches welding, but it’s
not the only class that uses welding.
We will cover many types of frames
and suspensions used to build hot rods today. From
independent front suspension to old school straight
axel, we will cover most all front suspensions, and
the same goes for the rear suspension and everything
in between. We will cover most types of springs for
front and rear suspensions also, coil, leaf, coil
over, and even the poplar air springs. Building the
chassis for the hot rod is like building a
foundation for the house, you need it. Give us a
call or e-mail your questions today!

Rod Body Fabrication the body is the most time
consuming portion of custom car building. HRB
is all about the body and sheet metal work of the
vehicle. We will cover both simple and compound
metal shaping. Yes that mean you will have to learn
how to use sheet metal fabrication tools. Including
the English wheel, power hammers, rollers and on and
on. This is where we would replace
the floors, chop the tops or any other major sheet
metal work the vehicle may need. If you are
interested in custom motorcycles you can even
fabricate the sheet metal for a custom bike.
There are some advanced competencies that will
challenge your talents. It’s all about quality
not quantity. Give us a call today! |

cool custom graphics.
The final details and assembly;
including glass installation, window felts and
